Posture – The support of our skeleton in the alignment of our body, balance and grounding.
Activation and contrast – The art of reactivity without unnecessary tensions.
Muscles chains – Mapping of muscle connections and their role in the tango walk and the embrace.
The spine – The seven directions of spine mobilisation and playful applications in the dance.
Self-care for tango dancers – self-massage and simple exercises to prevent injuries.
12.30-16.00 Tango technique
Spirals – The articulation of the spine and the activation of muscular chains to activate elastic spirals.
Communicating the spiral – play with accelerations in ochos and giros.
Body/mind connection – the importance of intention setting in the dance.
